Customer Sales Executive - Personal Loans - Alternate Channel

In this role, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks under the guidance and direction of your Supervisor or Manager: - Identify customers for potential business with the help of Supervisor or Manager. - Collect documents from Customers and validate them as per the organization's norms. - Log the case in the system according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and follow the process for disbursement. - Fulfill the Sanction ratio as per the organization's requirement. - Meet Customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of Supervisor or Manager. - Assist in empanelling new vendors and developing relationships with them under the guidance of Manager or Supervisor. - Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations with the help of Manager or Supervisor. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Familiarity with Audit and RBI regulations is a plus.
