Customer Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients regarding property inquiries.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.
• Provide detailed project information, features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and follow-up details.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Follow up with potential clients to keep them engaged until they are ready to make a decision.
• Share marketing collaterals, brochures, and property details through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions to generate leads.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused with good listening skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).
