The ideal candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in technical support, particularly in computers, printers, and router support in a BPO environment. The position offers a CTC ranging from 1.5Lacs to 2.5Lacs and is based in Kolkata (Saltlake) with a US Shift schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers from the US through cold calling to address and resolve technical issues. - Offer appropriate solutions and present relevant service packages to customers. Requirements: - Previous experience in an international BPO for outbound sales. - Technical support background is preferred. - Strong communication skills are a must. - Proficiency in call closing for technical support. - Willingness to work night shifts.
