About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Closing C2S2 cases. 2. Processing reinstatement requests. 3. Scanning and uploading the Underwriter's decision into DMS. 4. Sending SMS notifications via Karix. 5. Updating the Underwriter's decision by reopening and closing C2S2 cases. 6. Contacting policyholders to inform them of reinstatement requirements raised by the Underwriter. 7. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure completion of the above activities.
