Founded in 2021 by Shaan Shah and Puneet Sehgal, Freakins boasts a collection of over 1500 styles, including trendy fits, washes, and rips tailored to various body types and style preferences. As a full-time on-site Customer Representative based in Mumbai at Freakins, your primary duty will revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer support, maintaining open and effective communication channels, delivering high-quality service, and elevating the overall customer experience on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience. Additionally, effective communication abilities, prior experience in customer-facing positions, adept multitasking skills, and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently are key requirements. A keen understanding of fashion industry trends, fluency in multiple languages, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field are highly desirable qualifications.
