  • Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
  • Resolving complaints: Address customer complaints and resolve them within service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Processing orders: Process orders and payments
  • Managing accounts: Record and manage customer accounts using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Analyzing feedback: Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing information: Provide accurate and timely information about products and services
