Customer Renewal Specialist - German Speaker

Role Overview: Join TeamViewer, the leader in remote connectivity software, and become a Customer Renewal Specialist on the Retention team. Your main responsibility will be to engage with existing customers, ensuring high service levels and retention rates. You will build and maintain relationships with TeamViewer customers through phone and email interactions, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Your role will also involve following up with customers to prevent churn, negotiate renewals, and gather feedback for process improvement and customer loyalty.
