Metro Motors require proactive female candidates for the position of CRO (Customer Relationship Officer) for Service Department( After Sales) who will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the customer and ensure all the inquiries, complaints are answered and resolved.

v Responsibilities:

· Customer interaction and relationship building to build loyalty and repeated business opportunities.

· Ensuring customer satisfaction and customer experience.

· Issue resolution including customer complaints and escalating complex problems to the concerned team.

· Data Management- maintaining accurate records of customer interaction and transaction.

· Overall act as the key point of contact for inquiries, complaints and feedback.

v Skills and experience:

· Customer service and customer experience

· Communication and interpersonal skills

· Proactive and collaborative.

· Experience : Minimum 1 year

v Required Qualification : Graduation
