Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customers, phone calls, appointments and customer communication.
Handle walk - in customers for admissions.
Facilitate and document admissions.
Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire facility.
Responsibility to lead customer engagement initiatives to build customer relationship and retention.

Requirements

A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn.
Previous customer care experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
Candidate should have knowledge in MS office.
Candidate should have good communication in English.
Responsible for providing excellent customer Support service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
