Job Description

Position Overview

The CRM Specialist/Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and improving the company’s CRM system to enhance customer engagement, support sales and marketing strategies, and drive business growth. This role focuses on CRM configuration, data integrity, workflow automation, campaign execution, reporting, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities1. CRM System Management

  • Maintain and optimize the CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Configure fields, workflows, automations, and user permissions.
  • Manage integrations with marketing, support, and operational tools.

2. Data Management & Quality

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness across all records.
  • Manage data imports, deduplication, segmentation, and hygiene processes.
  • Develop data governance practices and documentation.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Build dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Track KPIs such as pipeline value, lead conversion, retention, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements in engagement strategies.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support sales teams with pipeline management, lead routing, and workflow automation.
  • Help marketing teams execute email campaigns, segmentation, and personalized journeys.
  • Develop automated nurture flows and customer lifecycle programs.

5. Training & User Support

  • Train employees on CRM features, best practices, and new enhancements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and system issues.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and process guides.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for CRM enhancement to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Partner with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices.

QualificationsRequired

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with a major CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project-management skills.

Preferred

  • CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or integration tools (Zapier, Make, Workato).

  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
