Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include handling customer complaints, providing solutions, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams for customer-related activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service Skills
• Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Retention
• Good Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of the home interiors industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a customer relationship management role
