Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and support customer requirements throughout the elevator installation, inspection, and handover process. The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, tracking project progress, coordinating site visits, and ensuring timely communication and resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related coordination.

* Coordinate with sales, project, installation, service, and technical teams to address client requirements.

* Follow up with clients regarding project progress, installation status, inspections, and handover schedules.

* Visit project sites when required to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

* Support elevator handover activities, including documentation and customer communication.

* Record customer interactions, complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions accurately.

* Conduct post-handover follow-ups to monitor customer satisfaction.

* Prepare customer reports and provide regular updates to management.

* Handle escalated concerns professionally and coordinate timely resolution.

* Communicate with builders, contractors, architects, homeowners, and other stakeholders.

* Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* 2–4 years of experience in customer relationship management, client coordination, or a similar role.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

* Experience in handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

* Good coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.

* Ability to work with multiple departments and manage priorities.

* Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.

* Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

* Professional approach with the ability to handle clients patiently and confidently.

Language Requirements

* Tamil: Fluent

* English: Good communication skills

* Hindi: Good communication skills

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:

* Elevator / Lift Industry

* Construction

* Real Estate

* Building Materials

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
