Urgently looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Experience: Fresher

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer relationship management
Customer support and query resolution
Lead follow-up and client coordination
Customer onboarding and retention
Basic knowledge of email and MS Excel

Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and follow up with clients
Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain customer records and follow-up reports
