Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, drive cross-selling of financial products, and support business development. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in banking, insurance, and financial services. Freshers with strong sales skills are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive cross-selling of insurance, mutual funds, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and personal loan products.
• Generate business through company-provided leads and personal references.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking and financial products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to improve customer engagement and conversions.
• Resolve customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 01 year; freshers can also apply.
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream, preferably Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of banking, insurance, and financial products.
• Interest in sales, cross-selling, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Target-oriented, confident, and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.
