Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Relationship Manager to promote and enhance the branding of our hospital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors of local clinics, ambulance drivers, and medical store owners to generate patient referrals and increase hospital footfall. This is a field-based role that requires extensive travel within the assigned territory. Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. Fuel allowance. Key Points: Field work Own bike mandatory Good communication skills Experience in hospital/medical field preferred Key Responsibilities: Regular visits to local clinics, doctors, ambulance drivers, and medical store owners to build and maintain relationships. Promote hospital services, departments, and facilities through direct interaction and branding activities. Identify and develop new referral sources and maintain regular follow-ups. Coordinate with the hospital marketing and admission team to ensure smooth patient referrals and onboarding. Implement strategies to improve patient inflow through references and partnerships. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field visits and referral activities. Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the management.
