This job is provided by apna.coCustomer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Voice ProcessICICI Lombard is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team! As a CRM, you'll be the voice of our organization, handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

What We Offer

Competitive salary: ₹16,000 - ₹30,000 in-hand (CTC ₹2.50 LPA - ₹4.1 LPA)
Rotational shifts (9.5 hrs), 5 days a week
