Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, located in Kolkata. The role involves managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with different departments to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and effective resolution of customer issues.
