Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing customized real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, resolving client issues, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking and analyzing client interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is advantageous
