Customer Relationship Manager (FEMALE)

Role Overview: Expedite Impex Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join the team. As a CRM, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients across various service areas such as air freight, sea freight, and customs clearance. Your role will involve proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and ensuring service excellence throughout the shipment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on shipment status through calls, emails, or texts. - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal departments like operations, pricing, and accounts to ensure timely service delivery and resolve client issues. - Handle shipment-related escalations professionally and ensure prompt corrective actions are taken. - Maintain accurate customer records, daily service reports (DSR), and follow up on pending actions. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps and recommend improvements. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship Management role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction. - Ability to handle complex customer situations with empathy, urgency, and professionalism. - Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving to deliver effective solutions. - Skilled in multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive attitude towards delivering exceptional client services and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Graduation or Post Graduation from a reputed institute or university. - This opportunity is exclusively open for female candidates aged 32 and above.
