We are a growing production house delivering creative and high-quality solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen client relationships, support sales targets, and manage smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve revenue and sales targets.
Identify opportunities for business growth and generate leads.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Handle day-to-day operational activities related to client accounts.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Any Field
Minimum 2 years experience in client relationship/handling

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
