Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)/ Sales, Service

We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated and experienced Customer relationship manager (CRM) for our Royal Enfield Dealership in Patel Nagar and Jakhan, Dehradun.

He/She will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, meeting or exceeding customer service targets, tracking customer interactions, and suggesting improvements for enhanced customer experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a similar role (experience in automobile/2 & 4 wheeler industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining customer records and tracking interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
