Job Description

Handle customer interactions across various channels, including phone calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms.
Assist customers in understanding pricing, nancing options, government incentives, scheduling service slots and delivery timelines.
Optimize call handling time, response times for emails and chats, and overall customer satisfaction.
Handle customer escalations, inquiries, and tickets eciently to provide timely resolutions and close them before the TAT.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Immediate joiners required.
