Customer Relationship - Internship

Role Overview: You will be joining Zequin, a women-led startup focusing on AI innovation, where you will play a crucial role as a Customer Relationship Intern. Your responsibilities will involve tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer support, communication, analytical skills, and overall customer service. This is a full-time on-site position located in Coimbatore, with a stipend provided as per standards. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. - Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders. - Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage CRM tools and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions. - Support in executing customer engagement campaigns and feedback initiatives. Qualification Required: - Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills. - Strong Communication and Analytical Skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Interest in AI technology and innovation. - Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, or related field. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus.
