Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls, converting prospects into business opportunities, managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to make cold calls and convert them into leads and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, technical) to address customer needs.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and areas of improvement.
• Support the customer onboarding process when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer relationship or support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first attitude and proactive approach to resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the IT industry will be considered an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
