Role Description

This on-site, full-time role is based in Khanpur for a Customer Relationship Executive. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, fostering customer satisfaction, handling customer service interactions, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining efficient communication channels. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and addressing client needs.
Expertise in Business Relationship Management and developing enduring client relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in customer relations or a service-oriented role is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
