Program Manager Personal Loans & Business Loans

Tata Capital is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end ownership of Personal Loans and Business Loans across its digital platforms. This role will be instrumental in driving product strategy, execution excellence, and continuous improvement within our digital lending ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:-Define product vision, scope, and roadmap for digital Personal and Business Loan offerings in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements-Conduct market research to identify trends and introduce relevant lending solutions-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Technology, Credit, Risk, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and BI teams-Govern and deliver multiple interlinked programs and initiatives-Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as lead funnels, turnaround time, FTNR, and conversion rates-Analyze customer behavior and portfolio performance to drive data-led product and process enhancements-Develop SOPs and training materials for internal teams and channel partners-Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, audit standards, and internal governance frameworksQualifications & Experience:-Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline-Strong analytical capability with experience in MIS, funnel analytics, and market research-Proven experience in BFSI or digital lending roles (product, program, or channel management)-Exposure to unsecured lending products will be an added advantageLocation: MumbaiProfessionals looking to contribute to large-scale digital lending initiatives within a leading financial services organization are encouraged to apply.
