Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue
personal loans or credit cards
(06 months bucket).
Remind and follow up on pending payments in a polite and professional manner.
Explain repayment options and resolve basic customer queries.
Negotiate payment plans within company policy and compliance guidelines.
Record call outcomes and payment commitments accurately in
Excel
or CRM.
Work towards achieving
daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to
RBI/DRA compliance
standards.
Coordinate with the team leader/supervisor for escalations and updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Freshers or experienced
in banking collections, telecalling, or customer service.
DRA Certified
candidates preferred.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of
MS Excel
.
Good communication in
Tamil
and basic English.
Negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
Willing to work
Monday to Saturday
from the Velachery office.
