### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented **Customer Relationship Executive** to act as a bridge between our customers and the company. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, explain our chit fund products clearly, address concerns professionally, and use their relationship skills to attract referrals and new business.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle customer queries with patience and clarity

* Explain chit fund terms, company policies, and documentation requirements

* Guide customers during joining, auction, and settlement processes

* Provide updates on collections, due dates, and benefits

* Proactively build rapport to convert leads into business

* Use service excellence to gain referrals and additional enrolments

* Provide customer feedback to improve services

### **Key Requirements**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Pleasant, polite, and customer-first approach

* Ability to understand both company policies and customer expectations

* Prior experience in customer service or chit fund/banking/insurance industry is a plus

* Willingness to travel locally if needed

* Trustworthy and good with documentation
