Fluency in English is necessary for clear communication with customers, while multilingual skills would be advantageous. Accurate data entry tasks will be part of your daily routine to ensure customer records are up-to-date. Handling cash transactions responsibly and efficiently when required will also be an essential aspect of your role. Collaboration with team members will be key to creating an exceptional customer experience. To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in customer service or a related field.
