Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with tenants and property owners regarding services and updates
• Coordinate property visits and inspections as required
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Support marketing and outreach activities at the local level
• Maintain records of client interactions and updates in the system

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary: ₹23,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience) + incentives
