Customer Relationship Executive

Greetings, We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Executive at FitnessONE's Corporate Office in Nungambakkam. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a degree and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person interactions. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively, following up to ensure satisfaction, and providing appropriate solutions. Collaborating with the sales team, you will assist in managing customer accounts and providing after-sales service. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to promote new products or services to existing customers, maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems, and collect valuable feedback to improve our offerings. By liaising with various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams, you will ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise. In addition, you will be required to prepare regular reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions, as well as analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Confidentiality and accuracy in handling customer information will be paramount in this role.
