Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Be the main contact for customers on orders and projects.
Handle queries and coordinate internally on drawings, technical issues, production status, inspections, deliveries, documentation, and site matters.
Track pending approvals, site readiness, dispatches, and other dependencies — follow up until they’re closed.
Monitor project milestones and proactively flag delays or bottlenecks to the right team or management.
Work with accounts and sales on payment due dates; send reminders and track collections.
Prepare short weekly updates for management and keep clear records of customer commitments and communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline; an engineering degree is not required.
Fresh graduates may apply.
Good spoken and written English is essential, including professional emails and telephone communication.
Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail, ownership and the ability to manage multiple open matters.
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp and basic office software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
