Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers and their representatives for order and project-related queries.
Coordinate internally on drawings, technical clarifications, production status, inspections, delivery schedules, documentation and site-related issues.
Track pending customer approvals, site readiness, dispatch clearances and other dependencies; follow up until resolved.
Monitor milestones and proactively flag potential delays, bottlenecks and unresolved issues to the relevant team or management.
Coordinate with accounts and sales teams on payment due dates; send professional reminders and track pending collections.
Maintain an accurate project dashboard covering status, next steps, responsible persons, deadlines, payments and escalations.
Prepare concise weekly project updates for management and keep a reliable record of customer commitments and communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline; an engineering degree is not required.
Fresh graduates may apply.
Good spoken and written English is essential, including professional emails and telephone communication.
Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail, ownership and the ability to manage multiple open matters.
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp and basic office software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
