Salary: ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with experience in client handling, customer coordination, and follow-ups. Candidates with experience in the PEB, steel structure, or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle customer enquiries, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales, projects, design, and production teams.
Provide regular project updates to clients.
Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments.
Support the sales team in lead tracking and customer communication.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and pending enquiries.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or client coordination.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
Experience in the PEB or steel structure industry will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM software.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
