Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle client queries regarding shipments and provide timely updates.
Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Resolve customer complaints and shipment-related issues.
Maintain customer records, daily shipment reports (DSR) and follow-ups.
Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship Management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused, proactive and professional attitude.
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
