Customer Relationship Executive

Role Overview: You should have a solid understanding of Deposits and be responsible for driving Deposit and Loans Growth through various sales models. Your role will involve handling customer service, operations, and verifying customers" KYC and other documents. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet Business Targets will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be accountable for managing cash, valuable items, and bank transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Deposit and Loans Growth through various sales models - Handle customer service, operations, and verify customers" KYC and other documents - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet Business Targets - Manage cash, valuable items, and bank transactions - Contribute to business growth within and outside the Branch/CFC through diverse sales and marketing activities - Work in different shifts, including 24-hour Branch Operations as required - Be flexible and willing to work in various departments as needed by the management Qualifications Required: - Full-time, Permanent position suitable for Freshers - Proficiency in English is preferred - Work schedule is during Day shift - Work location is in person Please note that the duties mentioned above are not exhaustive, and as an employee, you may be expected to carry out additional job-related tasks as required.
