Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain course offerings clearly Understand student requirements and suggest appropriate technical courses Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrolments Handle queries on phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status regularly Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets Coordinate with academic counsellors and support teams as needed Requirements Female candidates only 0 to 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (freshers welcome) Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi Confident in making calls and handling objections Basic understanding of technical courses or willingness to learn Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom, and CRM tools Minimum qualification: Graduate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9691087891
