Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Relationship Executive to join our healthcare team in Ernakulam . The role involves handling patient calls , scheduling appointments , and coordinating with doctors , ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients. Schedule and manage appointments with doctors efficiently. Maintain appointment calendar and avoid overlaps/conflicts. Provide accurate information on doctor availability and clinic services. Maintain and update patient records and call logs. Send appointment reminders and follow-ups . Address patient queries with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth front-office operations . Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service , reception , or front office roles (healthcare experience preferred). Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Familiarity with clinic management software and MS Office . Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude. Graduate or equivalent preferred.
