Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, well-educated, and highly organized female professional to join our team as a Customer Relations & Office Coordinator. This pivotal role is the voice and first point of contact for our company, requiring a blend of excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to customer service and office coordination. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building customer relationships, managing communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication & Convincing:
  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
  • Effectively communicate product/service benefits to convince potential customers and secure business.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Management:
  • Manage the main telephone line, coordinate calls among staff, and take accurate messages.
  • Handle the company's general email inbox, promptly replying to queries and forwarding messages as needed.
  • Utilize WhatsApp Business for professional customer support and engagement.
  • Administrative & Technical Support:
  • Manage the reception counter, greeting visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain and update customer databases using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist in basic email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletter distribution, promotional blasts).
  • Customer Support & Dealing:
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Gender: Female (as per the requirements of the role).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Languages: Fluent and impeccable command of both English and Hindi (both verbal and written) is essential.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel and Word).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for professional communication.
  • Experience with email management and basic email marketing tools.
  • Professional Skills:
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and convincing communication skills.
  • Strong customer support and dealing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to handle the reception counter professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
