Customer Relations Intern

As a Customer Relations Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of pre-sales activities to support business development and after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential leads and market opportunities. - Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through phone, email, and social media. - Sales Enablement: Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for the sales team. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in our system. - Issue Resolution: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns via phone, email, and chat. - Order Processing: Manage sales orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently in collaboration with logistics teams. - Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate internally to address complex customer issues promptly. - Customer Retention: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. - Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights and provide feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
