PKC Group of companies is a 10 year old company with experience in the field of luxury drycleaning services, rental uniforms, and upholstery services. Our company is an exclusive partner for ISB and Raheja Mindspace for all the above mentioned services. We have around 10 stores in the city of Hyderabad. We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to oversee daily operations and deal with customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating garment processing, ensuring quality control, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities- 1. Greet customers and assist with order placement, pickup, and queries 2. Tag and log garments accurately using the POS or tracking system 3.
