Role Overview: As a Customer Relations Executive at Oswaal Books Learning Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary role will involve acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the company. To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the printing and publishing industry. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for clients, promptly addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns with a high level of professionalism. - Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as sales, production, and billing to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. - Monitor the progress of orders and provide clients with timely updates as necessary. - Investigate and resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, quality concerns, and delays. - Proactively identify and address potential problems to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company's printing and publishing services, materials, and customization options. - Gather and consolidate client feedback on services and products for continual improvement. - Work closely with the sales team to recognize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients. - Assist in creating proposals and quotes for clients. - Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions. - Generate regular reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and market trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in customer service or client relations within industries such as Banking, Insurance, or any service industry. - Mandatory possession of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to meeting client needs. - Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other customer management tools.,
