Location: 2ND FLR, Dlf Mall Of India, B-304, Sector 18, NOIDA, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

Experience required: 2 years in direct customer relations

Education required: Any Graduate

Key responsibilities:

● - Update customer details and manage order status calls.

● - Create and upload social media videos.

● - Organize product shipping and courier arrangements.

● - Maintain cash sheets, scan bills, and complete Google Forms.

● - Manage Google reviews and store front display.

● - Ensure customers are attended by sales staff and gather feedback.

● - Send daily reports and photos (attendance, stock, display, etc.)

• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.
• Customer-focused approach with a service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
