We are seeking a proactive and confident individual who can build meaningful relationships with clients and guide them toward the right programs. The role involves strong communication, empathy, and a results-driven mindset - ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making an impact.

Key responsibilities:

1. Call participants to encourage and support their enrollment in our programs.
2. Connect with parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs or personalized suggestions.3. Maintain and update the CRM or lead sheet with accurate and timely information.4. Follow up with interested leads to ensure smooth conversions and address their queries.

Skill(s) required : Effective Communication, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written)

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

2. 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

3. Strong communication and listening skills.

4. Diligent, responsible, bold, confident, and resilient.

5. Empathetic and caring approach toward clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
