Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and walk-in enquiries
  • Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and site visits
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
  • Coordinate with sales, site, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Follow up with clients on site progress, documentation, and handover status
  • Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in booking confirmations, agreement coordination, and payment follow-ups
  • Prepare customer reports and feedback for management
  • Customer handling & coordination
  • Communication & follow-up skills
  • Problem-solving ability

Experience : 1 to 2Salary : Based on experience
