Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Inbound and Outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the lead generation and sales.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, feedbacks and queries.
* Assist in On-boarding new clients and guiding the through service offerings.
* Communicating courteously with customer by telephone, mails, etc.
* Identifying potential customers through networking and cold calling.
Required Skills:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge
