We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our team. The CRE will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to higher management when necessary.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products/services to assist customers effectively.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay information to relevant departments for action.
Customer Education: Educate customers about company offerings, promotions, and services to enhance their experience.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls/emails to ensure customer satisfaction after interactions and resolve any pending issues.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of interactions and feedback.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer issues, trends, and satisfaction levels to management.
Experience with good communication skills in Hindu, English and Telugu.
