As a member of the Hardware Engineering team at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and diagnosing hardware and software failure issues in laptops. By utilizing professional tools and equipment, you will conduct thorough failure analysis to determine root causes and identify improvement recommendations. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing failure data, preparing detailed reports, and establishing a failure analysis database to track and analyze common issues and trends.
