You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the company's overall QC inspection and testing activities. - Prepare countermeasure reports related to product quality claims from customers. - Coordinate the handling of customer complaints. - Implement improvement plans for the QA department. - Monitor overall warranty claims. - Implement effective preventive action plans. - Monitor subordinates' discipline and job responsibilities. - Take corrective and preventive actions on customer queries. - Review and approve the effectiveness of any mold repairs as recorded in the mold history card. - Identify internal and external issues, needs, and expectations of interested parties, as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. - Conduct risk analysis of respective processes. - Prepare and maintain QMS-related documents and records for the department. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Engineering or related field. - Strong experience in quality control and assurance. - Knowledge of ISO standards. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. - Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
