In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall QC inspection and testing activities. You will prepare countermeasure reports related to product quality claims from customers, coordinate handling customer complaints, and implement improvement plans for the QA department. Your tasks will also include monitoring warranty claims, implementing effective preventive action plans, and ensuring the discipline and job responsibilities of subordinates. Additionally, you will be involved in corrective and preventive actions on customer queries, reviewing and approving the effectiveness of any mold repair, identifying internal and external issues, needs, and expectations of interested parties, conducting risk analysis of respective processes, and preparing and maintaining QMS-related documents and records for your department.
